This weeks A Thousand Word Thursday submission is a series of pictures from the Circus. We went yesterday afternoon with our little boyz. Something special while the big boyz were away. Eli loved the music, clapping and jumping. Nate loved the Human Cannonball finale. Although he keeps telling everyone he sees that a guy jumped out of a volcano. My favorite picture is of Nate holding his ears like the Ringmaster asked him to do before the cannon fired. It was a fun day!
The main subjects of this blog are my not so little family. There are six of us, and as the title says, it's me and five boys...
Jennifer
Momma D. Married for 11 1/2 years to Daddy D. Stay at home mom of the brood of boyz. Scrapbooker extraordinnaire, Pikmin Queen, Pottery Barn addict, Martha wanna-be.
John
Daddy D. John is a city mail carrier for the US Post Office and a volunteer firefighter. He loves Ghost Hunters and Deadliest Catch, fixes everybodies brakes and always has cravings for Chinese food.
Seth
The Eldest, The Artsy One. Seth is ten years old and is in fifth grade. He is a Boy Scout, in Chess Club and plays in Little League. Seth loves to draw his own graphic novels. He plays the saxophone, is a member of the Middle School Band!
Gabriel
The Baseball Fanatic. Gabriel is seven years old and in first grade. He tells us that all sports make his heart happy. He loves to play baseball and is also an AYSO soccer player. He has completed the 1,000 book challenge at his school!
Nathan
The Strong Willed One. Also known as Nate the Great. Nathan is in Pre-K and is five. He is a rough and tumble little boy that can hold his own amongst the brothers. Nathan has a love of all things Disney Cars related. He is also an avid drummer since the age of two!
Eli
The Littlest One, The END. Eli is three years old now. He is the most easygoing of the Desrochers boyz. He thinks his brothers are funny and loves to climb and is joining in on tickle fights! His is starting to make mishchief all his own now, and has earned the name E Knievel for his daredevil balancing stunts.
