Ecostore Products Review

Recently we received a box of products from the Ecostore to try in our household.  As Daddy D has a degree in Environmental Science we are always looking for safe cleaning alternatives.  I love the the Ecostore's motto of No Nasty Chemicals! Their ingredients are based off of plant and mineral products.  I also love the longevity of this green friendly company which has been around for over twenty years!  Before green was "cool".

The first product we used from the Ecostore was the Pure Oxygen Whitener.  With a household full of boyz, who turn a new pair of socks into dirt encrusted messes in no time, this is a must!  The Ecostore says that The Pure Oxygen Whitener contains oil of citrus and Coconut and other plant-based ingredients. Ecomommas will love the way this product brightens and cleans baby’s clothes and does not contain any harsh chemicals that could irritate delicate skin.  We have been using this in place of our normal whitener for a couple of weeks now.  We have not noticed a difference (that's a good thing!) in the cleanliness of the clothes, and love that we are using natural ingredients like mineral salt and citrus oil.  This product is $12 for a generously sized container.

The second product we tried was the Auto Dish Powder.  We tried this in our automatic dish washer and it seems to do the job!  The Ecostore advertises this as a Auto Dish Powder is a high performance blend of simple mineral salts, citrus and Coconut oils.  Again, we like that we are using more natural ingredients as opposed to the "regular" versions of these products.  The size of the container was substantial and we found the $12 price tag to not be prohibitive.  We found the cost of both of these products to be reasonable, especially considering the generous sizes, they will last us (a family of 6) quite awhile.

Besides their retail site, you can find the Ecostore at their Facebook page or on their blog.

This is a Mama Bzz review and all products were received free of charge.
