Wilton Halloween Coffin Brownies with Candy Melt Skeletons

I am getting into a Halloween kind of a mood!  I broke out some of my new Wilton Halloween supplies and tried an easy project.  My family loved these Coffin Brownies with Candy Skeletons and they took less than an hour to make and required very little baking and decorating expertise.

I filled the coffin cavities about 2/3 full of brownie batter, according to the directions.

After baking, here are my brownie coffins cooling on the rack.

I filled the indentations with chocolate icing.

I crushed some chocolate sandwich cookies in a plastic baggie and added to the icing.  I love how they look!

I used the Wilton Skeleton Bones Candy Mold and the White Candy Melts to make some skeletons.

I just placed them into the icing..  I love how they came out!

I wanted to make a little more goofy version.  Using the Wilton Candy Eyeballs, I added them to the skull with a dab of melted candy melts.

Do you know what I love about this Wilton project?  That the cost of the pan and mold is under $10!  And what great impact they have.  I would say this is an easy project great for even beginners.

As always, if you have any questions feel free to ask!

As a Wilton Mom Ambassador I receive product for review without charge.  All opinions and experiences are my own.

These are really cool looking and something Shaun would probably love to take to school for his Halloween party.
